Terms and Conditions for Tri-warriors Force Pvt Ltd Security Services
- Service Agreement:All security services provided are subject to a written agreement, detailing the scope of services, duration, and payment terms. Both parties must sign the agreement before services commence.
- Payment Terms:Payments for security services are due as per the agreed schedule in the service agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the agreement.
- Service Availability:Services will be provided as per the schedule outlined in the agreement. Tri-warriors Force Pvt Ltd reserves the right to adjust schedules due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies.
- Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation of services must be communicated in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellation fees may apply as specified in the service agreement.
- Liability Limitations: Tri-warriors Force Pvt Ltd is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries sustained due to acts of God, civil disturbances, or circumstances beyond its control.
- Client Responsibilities: I Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their security needs and for ensuring a safe environment for security personnel to perform their duties.
- Conduct of Personnel: Tri-warriors Force Pvt Ltd will ensure that its personnel are trained and qualified. Any misconduct by security personnel should be reported to management immediately for appropriate action.
- Confidentiality: All information regarding the client and the services provided will be treated with strict confidentiality and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent.
- Insurance Coverage Tri-warriors Force Pvt Ltd maintains appropriate insurance coverage for its services. Clients are encouraged to obtain their own insurance for any additional coverage.
- Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Goa, India. Any disputes arising from the services will be resolved in the appropriate courts in Goa.
